Menu del Dia
Menú del Día is a collaborative photo project by Travel is Life created to teach you about unique foods from around the world that are specific to particular regions. It's a way to share and experience ethnic dishes, delicacies, and cuisine through photo and story.

Add these foods to your bucket list to try when you travel, or try to find them at local ethnic grocery stores and restaurants in your own city.

The term “Menú del Día” refers to a daily rotating lunch menu served by Spanish restaurants that offers limited options and changes each day. After living in South America for most of the past decade, I've come to love Menú del Días because I'm terrible at deciding what to eat! I've adopted the term with a little poetic license for this series to bring you a new food each day with help from my friends and the Travel is Life Creators.
